Meadowbrook is happy to accept new students year-round. Tuition information is found below and you may also find tuition and fee information in this document.

Annual Tuition

Tuition payments may be paid annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly. All payment plans begin June 1 and must be paid in full by March 1.

Early Childhood Program

Grade School

Grades 1 - 8: $15,560

Fees & Deposits, Non-refundable

Annual Program Fees: Due May 1, or with New Enrollment Contract

EC 3 Days: $325

EC 5 Days: $375

Grades 1 - 5: $375

Grades 6 - 8: $475

Enrollment Deposit: Due April 1, or with New Enrollment Contract.

Application Fees:

Application Fee: $ 50/$250 (for students with specialized learning or health needs)

Other Expenses

These expenses are part of our program, but are paid to a third party.

• Electronic Billing Fee: $25 to $55 (based on payment plan)

• Grade 3 Farm Trip: $800 (five days away)

• Grades 4-8 Strings Program: $300 (quarterly estimate of rental & lessons)

• Grade 8 Trip: $800 (paid over 3 yr. to support student fundraising)
  
  
  

Tuition Adjustment

Our Tuition Adjustment program makes a Waldorf education a possibility for those seeking it, increases the diversity in our classrooms, and can help reduce stress for families with tight budgets. We feel by enrolling those who truly want to undertake this journey with us, we strengthen our community.

Meadowbrook recognizes each family’s financial picture is unique. Our Tuition Adjustment process honors that and, in partnership with the family, strives to develops a workable plan for paying tuition.

Our goal is to become a school of full classrooms with healthy families from diverse backgrounds committed to the ideals specified in the school’s mission statement.

Tuition Adjustment At a Glance

• We offer sibling discounts of 10% for the second child, and a 40% for the third+ child.

• Approximately 35% of our families receive some form of Tuition Adjustment.

• Adjustments generally do not exceed 50% of tuition, though exceptions are made.

• Families apply yearly for Adjustment through Facts Management.

• All applications are reviewed confidentially by the MWS Tuition Adjustment Committee.

• We strive for a balanced and thorough process that considers each family’s unique circumstances.
